- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 17:00 hours.
- Sundays: 12:00 noon.

Payment shall be made in full via POS (by credit or debit card, or other forms of payment available on the website at any given time) at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Partial or total cancellation of the booking may result in a partial refund, depending on when the cancellation is made.
- Up to 2 weeks in advance: 100% refund
- Up to 1 week in advance: 75% refund
- Up to 72 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Up to 48 hours in advance: no refund
Customers may request a change of date/time for their booking up to 1 week before the date of the visit at no cost, but always subject to availability.
If weather conditions are so adverse that the visit cannot take place, the full amount will be refunded.
In cases of justified force majeure, the full amount will be refunded up to 24 hours before the start of the visit.
