The experience begins with a walking tour through the Pago Las Monjas estates, where you will walk among oaks and centenary olive trees, breathing the peace of the Sierra de Montoro. During this walk, you will learn about the importance of the terroir and how the fruit is pampered from the tree to obtain an Ultra Premium EVOO.
